Court Fee Reduction
If you are on certain types of means-tested benefits and / or have a single / joint income of between £13, 000 and £18, 000 you may be eligible for a reduction or full remission of Court Fees. In addition, these limits increase for people with children.
Court Fees
In order to issue Court proceedings a Court Fee has to be paid and, if you are not entitled to a reduction, the full Fee is payable. We will pay this on your behalf and, if your case is successful, claim it back from your opponent. If you are unsuccessful, we would submit a claim to the legal expense insurer on your behalf.
